Delivery
UK Deliveries
We offer free, tracked UK delivery on orders over £100, with delivery starting from £2.99 for orders below this value. There are surcharges for international deliveries, off-shore deliveries and some areas of the UK. Delivery should be expected between 4-7 working days unless stated on product page.

Delivery Of Bikes
All of our bicycles are fully built by our experienced and certified mechanics prior to delivery; all you will need to do is turn the handlebars and fit some pedals.

Delivery Of Turbo Trainers
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Turbo Trainers, but you are more than welcome to pickup your purchase from our store.

Signature Required
All our consignments irrespective of the carrier require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are typically made between 08:00 and 18:00, so please bare this in mind when choosing a delivery address.

Wrong Goods/Arrived Damaged
There's no point in pretending that mistakes never happen, although it is very unlikely. If something does go wrong we want you to know that Roe Valley Cycles will get it sorted quickly.

Package Recycling
Where possible we do try to reuse packaging from our own suppliers in order to send purchased items to our customers. We ask if the packaging is still in good condition after you've received your goods, then please try to use it again or recycle it yourself.
